WONDERLAND Puzzles: Piano, Shapes, Levers, Mazes

This page is how to solve piano, shape, lever, and maze rooms. When to enter or skip a room: Mini-games.

Puzzle rooms are the main way to buy time and better Lumins. Skipping every room makes Wonder arrive while you are still short of Tickets. Clearing every room on a dying clock is how groups miss the train.

What you get for solving them

  • Extra time on the Wonder clock
  • Denser or higher-value Lumins
  • Sometimes a safer route off a dead-end

Failing a room usually just wastes the seconds you spent inside it. Leave if Mole, Wormy, or Wonder is already in hunt.

Piano

The keyboard is a platform, not a GUI. Jump onto the keys in the prompted order. Walking across them without jumping is the usual fail.

If a note is on a high key, jump. If the sequence repeats, wait for the next prompt instead of mashing.

Shape matching

Match the displayed cutout or colored shape to the blocks or slots in the room. This is a look-then-place puzzle. One player should call the target; extra people standing on the pads tend to desync it.

Lever arrays

A bank of levers must be flipped into the shown pattern. Count from a fixed side (left-to-right) so the group does not invert the code. Pulling everything “on” is rarely the answer.

These rooms often sit on the Mole chase route. Solve them while moving; do not backtrack through Mole to fix a missed lever.

Mazes

Use the Wander Doodle. Dead-end doors are how Rabbit lives. If the map shows no path behind a door, do not open it for loot.

One scout with the map, everyone else on the scout, is faster than five people splitting.

Chases are not puzzles

Mole, Wormy, and the Wonder / Wander finale look like mini-games in recaps, but they are scripted routes. Do not stop to match shapes during those sequences.

When to skip a room

Skip vs play rules: Mini-games. Leave immediately if Mole, Wormy, or Wonder is already in hunt.
